Refund policy

All prints are uniquely created for you once your order is placed, and
therefore fall under the exception for customized goods. Your order cannot be cancelled once in production or returned.

Please take time to look over the size and framing options before ordering.

In the unlikely event you find your print arrives damaged, or you recive
the wrong item please contact me within 2 days at hello@artbyia.com.
Make sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item.

Right of Withdrawal within the EU
As a private customer you have, according to Swedish law and EU consumer protection regulations, a 14–day right of withdrawal when purchasing through a webshop. This means you are entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the product.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized orders (for example if you have chosen your own measurements, frames, or other unique adjustments).
